Overview
A South-Florida roofing company needed a lead funnel that converted cold traffic fast and protected ad spend from junk submissions. Sole IT built a multi-step quote flow that captures, verifies and books homeowners in under a minute, then drops a clean, verified lead straight into the CRM.
The challenge
Paid traffic was generating leads, but too many were fake or duplicate, wasting the sales team's time and ad budget. The funnel needed to be quick and friction-light for real homeowners, yet hostile to bots and spam.
What I built
- Designed a fast multi-step funnel (address → details → contact) tuned for conversion on paid traffic.
- Added phone OTP verification and device fingerprinting so only real, reachable homeowners get through.
- Connected GoHighLevel for instant CRM booking, Twilio for SMS and status callbacks, and Zapier bridges for downstream tools.
- Built A/B testing and automatic clean-up of unverified leads to keep the pipeline healthy.
